I'M JULIANA!

My goal is to help you overcome your struggles and achieve your goals, whether it's with food, weight loss, body image issues, insecurities, pregnancy and post pregnancy bodies, exercise motivation, willpower, you name it. And I want you to know that you are not alone.

My own personal weight loss journey was not only successful (and LONG) but it was a transformation of my mind and who I am as a person; how I view food, how I view exercise, how I view other people, and now, how I view both my past and present self. 

EDUCATION

I hold a Bachelors degree in Molecular, Cellular, Developmental Biology and a Masters degree in Kinesiology. I have become a Clinical Exercise Physiologist and Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine and I hold the top level of ACSM’s “Exercise is Medicine” Credential. I also have a specialty certification in Nutrition for Optimal Health, Wellness, and Sport from Thomas Edison University and am a member of the American College of Sports Medicine and the National Sports and Conditioning Association.

 How I Can Help You Succeed:

I've been there!! That "Before" picture on the right, was one of hundreds I took in life; hoping that each picture signified my "day one," but it never was. Until it actually did happen. 

I can help you because not only have I tried every diet plan in existence, I've also succeeded and now I have years of education and experience in counseling and helping others achieve their health goals. 

I am constantly learning and growing with my ever-changing body and through my many clients who are all different and who all have different goals. 

Weight loss is NOT simple. It's not just about following a diet plan or exercise routine. It is about changing major aspects of your life as you know it while still keeping the core of who you are. Doing that takes time, effort, and acceptance and I would love to be a part of your own transformation journey.

I offer personal 1-on-1 coaching where I get to know you, who you are and how you live your life. With your help, I will come up with the best path to achieve success and everyone's road is different. We must work with our strengths and realize our weaknesses before we can truly change and succeed in attaining our goals.
